In this second last talk from the Old Testament in this series, we look at God’s miraculous intervention in bringing His people home to Judah from their exile in Babylon. To encourage His people to return, God gives a very specific prophecy about a king from another kingdom, named Cyrus, who would be a shepherd/saviour for God’s people, and who would rescue them from Babylon and even resource them to rebuild the temple in Jerusalem.
