Having seen Jesus change water into wine and heal the sick, now we see Jesus miraculously feed a crowd of 5,000 men, plus women and children. Jesus is just such an amazing human! And yet, through this sign, Jesus was pointing forwards to something far more amazing that He would soon do for humanity – so that, through Him, the bread of life, we will never be hungry again.
