In this Bible John records the first of the signs that he saw Jesus perform, that caused John to believe in Jesus. One of the take homes from this is that Jesus even bothered to step in to do something about the problem of the wedding running out of wine. However we give thanks that Jesus did step in, and, more significantly, we give thanks that Jesus has done something to fix what was OUR biggest problem – namely our broken relationship with God.
