What does it mean for us to humble ourselves so that we have the same mindset as Jesus? In part, Paul states, that it means that we will work out our salvation with fear and trembling. In this reading particular Paul puts the focus on how we deal with conflict with other members of our local church. For, when we are in conflict, do we complain about them behind their backs or do we argue with them in un-Christlike ways?  Either way, this is not what it means for us to have the same mindset as Jesus.
